Kelrock LLC, d/b/a Homepro Medical (hereinafter “Homepro Medical”), is committed to the protection of personal information. This Privacy Policy describes the information Homepro Medical collects when an individual rents or purchases equipment, visits the Homepro Medical website, or contacts Homepro Medical; how that information is used and protected; and the choices available to the individual. In this Privacy Policy, “the Customer” refers to any individual whose personal information is collected by Homepro Medical.

1. Information Collected.

Homepro Medical collects information that the Customer provides directly, including name, email address, telephone or mobile number, delivery address, and order and rental history. If the Customer opts in to text messages, Homepro Medical also records the SMS consent choice, the date and method of consent, and opt-out requests. Because Homepro Medical supplies medical equipment, the Customer may also choose to provide information regarding the equipment user’s needs (such as height, weight, or mobility requirements); such information is used solely to recommend, fit, and service equipment. Payment details are collected by Homepro Medical’s payment processors at the time of payment. The Homepro Medical website collects standard technical data, including cookie and analytics information, which is used to operate and improve the website.

Bank-transfer (ACH) authorizations are processed in accordance with Nacha operating rules.

4. Disclosure of Information.

Homepro Medical discloses personal information only to: service providers that support its operations (including payment processing, delivery, accounting, and website hosting), each of which is permitted to use the information solely to provide services to Homepro Medical; Homepro Medical’s professional advisors; and governmental authorities where disclosure is required by law. Homepro Medical requires comparable confidentiality commitments from each such recipient. These sharing provisions do not apply to SMS consent or mobile opt-in data: SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Data Retention.

Homepro Medical retains transaction and account records for as long as required for warranty, tax, accounting, and legal purposes, and deletes or de-identifies information that is no longer needed for those purposes.

Homepro Medical does not sell personal information, does not share personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, and uses sensitive information (such as equipment-fitting details) only to provide the services requested.
