- Rental rates will not change during an active rental without at least thirty (30) days’ advance written notice.
- Normal wear and tear and standard sanitization are included in the rental at no additional charge.
- No security deposit or pre-authorization hold is taken.
- Delivery fees may vary and are determined by location if delivery destination is outside of NYC.
- Rentals are month-to-month unless the invoice states a different period and renew automatically until cancelled. Customers may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee.
