  1. Geri-chair recliners have adjustable seat positions that can be positioned upright, in a deep recline or with the leg rest/footrest elevated. A locking mechanism secures the chair in the desired position.
  2. Geri-chair recliners have a convenient tray that can stowed away on the side of the chair.
  3. Geri-chair recliners have 4 casters (the 2 rear wheels have brakes) for easy movement.
  4. Geri-chair recliner seats are wider and higher than regular wheelchairs.

   We will not bill or coordinate benefits for short-term rentals, but if your insurance does cover these services, we can provide any information needed to help you file your claim.

3. Will I be charged sales tax?

   Geri-chair recliners are not taxed, but delivery fees are subject to tax in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

4. What if something goes wrong with my geri-chair recliner?

   Homepro Medical checks and tests all geri-chair recliners rentals before they go out. We are confident that you won't have any problems, but if you do, we will repair the geri-chair recliners at no cost as soon as possible.

5. What if I want to purchase my geri-chair recliner?

   Homepro Medical also sells new and used Invacare and Drive Medical Geri-chair recliners. The Customer may purchase equipment that the Customer is actively renting at any time. The buyout price is the item's full listed sale price, less one (1) month of rent paid on that item. Upon request, Homepro Medical will confirm the buyout amount in writing before processing any charge.

Additional Tips

• Rental rates will not change during an active rental without at least thirty (30) days\' advance written notice.
• Rentals are available to qualified customers only and are subject to availability.
• Normal wear and tear and standard sanitization are included in the rental at no additional charge.
• No security deposit or pre-authorization hold is taken.
• Rentals are month-to-month unless the invoice states a different period and renew automatically until cancelled. Customers may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee.
